The Movement

Produced by Frederic Piguet since 1988, the Piguet 1185, column-wheel design, is the slimmest chronograph movement in the world. It is the base for the 1186 "chronographe rattrapante" (split seconds chronograph). The 1195 is a certified chronometer.

The movement measures 26.2 mm in diameter and is 5.4 mm high. It has 37 Jewels and beats at 21600 A/h. It has a power reserve 45 hours.
