It's a Universal Geneve Golden Tech Dual Time Automatic. I've been look for this one since seeing it in Watches Vol. 4.

Behind that beautiful silver dial is a UG caliber 71 hacking movement(eta based).

This movement has a "somewhat" unique Hour Advancing button at 8:30, this button
advances the "oxidize" or blued second timezone hour hand. It also has a Day/Night indicator at 7:30 and a round date display at 4:30 and a sapphire crystal. The case is 35.5x10.5

The displayback shows off the decorated movement. It's water resistant to only 3 ATM probably due to the back and non-screwdown crown. The dial has tritium hands and hour marks.
