This is my second watch that Bill Yao of MKII watches has worked over for me.

Bill offers a number of options for this watch. = MKII Pilot watchs.

To read more about the O&W MP2 and the ETA 2801 see my O&W page. = O&W - MP2

ETA Link for the 2801/2

ETA 2801 • Manual wind
    * 17 Jewels
    * 28800 A/h
* Power reserve 46 h

The case measures 38mm x 10mm. The lugs are 18mm wide and sports a strap from Manny in Mexico.

When I first saw the Omega T-53, which was the concept for Bill's watch, I knew I'd have to order one.

I opted for the Sapphire crystal, Type 53 dial and the Type 48 hands.

"This configuration is modeled after a rare version of MoD reference 6B/346 that features a dial styled after the Type 53 but utilizes Type 48 styled hands specified by the MoD Defence Standard 66-4. "

I modified one of Jurgens 20mm Mesh bracelets to fit the 18mm lugs of the O&W. The mesh part of the bracelet is 18.33mm wide so some of the mesh had to be ground down to fit between the long lugs of the O&W.
